THE SPACE
We're based inside a business park - great for space, sometimes challenging to locate! See the map below which will guide you to us.
Inside the studios we have all of the facilities you could need including toilets, baby change, free WiFi, a green room, kitchenette with a microwave and TommeeTippee prep machine, as well as an on-site café if anyone gets hungry or thirsty!
THE PROCESS
It's simple! Book in your shoot, read through and answer our pre-shoot questionaire, come along, pull some faces and await your gallery which will be emailed out to you within 7 days of the shoot!
Payment wise, we usually take a 50% deposit when you book, followed by the final balance 24 hours before the shoot - all done online so it's nice and easy!
How long does it take to receive the pictures?
All galleries are edited and completed within 7 days of the shoot. These will then be uploaded to our secure gallery and you'll be emailed a link which allows you to view and download all of your files in High or Low Resolution.
What if my child isn't up for it?
We'll do all we can to get them in the mood! We have toys and props for them to play with, and even some sweet treats if necessary (at the parents discression of course). Sometimes natural pictures really are better - screaming faces can make for humerous memorable pictures! We only take on one shoot per hour, so if you need some time to coax and bribe your little ones we are happy to be patient - we've all been there!

What if I need to cancel?
We understand, life happens! Cancallations within 7 days would result in the loss of your deposit, and cancellations within 48 hours would requie you to pay the full amount. Where possible we will attmept to reschedule, however in seasonally busier spells this isn't always possible so is down to the discression of our team. You can read our full T&Cs here.
What should I bring?
A spare set of clothes if you have multiple looks to capture. Any comforters or toys which will help your little one feel comfortable, and wipes to clean mucky fingers/faces following food related bribary.
