How long does it take to receive the pictures?
All galleries are edited and completed within 7 days of the shoot. These will then be uploaded to our secure gallery and you'll be emailed a link which allows you to view and download all of your files in High or Low Resolution.
What if my child isn't up for it?
We'll do all we can to get them in the mood! We have toys and props for them to play with, and even some sweet treats if necessary (at the parents discression of course). Sometimes natural pictures really are better - screaming faces can make for humerous memorable pictures! We only take on one shoot per hour, so if you need some time to coax and bribe your little ones we are happy to be patient - we've all been there!

What if I need to cancel?
We understand, life happens! Cancallations within 7 days would result in the loss of your deposit, and cancellations within 24 hours would requie you to pay the full amount. Where possible we will attmept to reschedule, however in seasonally busier spells this isn't always possible so is down to the discression of our team.
